Executive Diversity Council
The Executive Diversity Council, led by our Chairman, President and CEO Clay Jones, comprises members of our senior leadership.
The council provides leadership for our diversity journey.
Diversity Advisory Council
The Diversity Advisory Council has representation from each top-level organization. Members of the council serve for a term
of either 18 or 24 months, function as the "eyes and ears" of our company, and meet bi-annually with the Executive Diversity
Council. These diversity advocates, chaired by the Office of Diversity, help us to create a culture of inclusion that leverages
diversity within the business units and our shared services. They advise leaders on key issues and practices related to diversity,
and act as role models to their peers and fellow employees.
